In our free initial consultation, we will discuss with you the details of your situation so that we can make sure that we have a full understanding of the process that you are going to travel. Our Team Members will ask you some questions that will allow us to formulate the best course of action to correct your current situation that has been burdening you up to the time of reading this information packet.
Our Team Members will work together with you to put together a file of information relevant to your situation. The following items are examples of what will be needed by the client to proceed through the process: names, account numbers, sales information, public offer statements, bylaws, warranty deed, deed, assignments, allonges, any credit cards, disability insurance, death benefits, or any other type of insurance, to the property purchased. All paperwork that was provided to you at the time of sale of the property purchased or the credit/debt was inquired. This would include any credit applications that may have been used that you might have possession of.
If in the rears (behind on payments or agreements,) with the property owner and/or servicer (not all resorts service their properties), or any credit/loan company or servicer, we will ask that you provide all attempts to collect or contact on behalf of the resort/servicer/debt collector to the purchased property or debt/credit. We ask that you document any emails, phone calls and or letters in an attempt to collect on the debt or attempts to get you to enter another contract besides the original one. This would also include any attempts through flyers, emails, brochures, any attempt to get you to either rent out your interest, upgrade your interest, or sale of the property, or renegotiation of the debt.
If any of these terms are requiring you to guess and/or look up the definitions, this is the reason why you will need our team to work with you to divest or fix the current situation you are in. If you signed up with the company and they didn't require these documents at the beginning of your process or why are you currently going through the process, then the company that you've contracted with, is not actively pursuing divestment of the debt and or the repair of your credit/debt situation. This would also include the protection of harassment from debt collectors.
Maintaining your good credit is important to you and that makes it important to us. We will issue the necessary letters, pursuant to 15 USC 1681, endeavoring to minimize any derogatory credit reporting.
